Who's Behind This?

HD Caricatures is made up of many creatives, and mostly they're clients.  We pride ourselves in letting the client conjure up their great ideas for their portraits. We just make it happen.  While various designers and photographers may be part of the HDC team, Brandon Hill serves as the principal creative director and owner. He has been a caricature artist for 12 years and has always loved finding the humor in faces. He also works as a full-time digital artist and graphic designer, holds a Masters degree in Computer Art and a Bachelors of Fine Art in Graphic Design.

What are HD Caricatures?

HD Caricatures are the new, high definition portraits originally created by Brandon Hill. After 12 years of drawing traditional pen and ink caricatures, Brandon has decided to see what can be done with a camera and a computer. Through this digital method, the expression, detail, and color of each portrait are heightened and dimensional. But the original goal of the traditional caricature remains: to make people laugh.

Get your HD Caricature!

These have been used for business branding, universities, birthday gifts, engagement gifts. Our clients keep thinking of new ways to use them, so get creative. HD Caricatures are contracted from all over the world but based out of Kansas City. For local inquires photo sessions can be arranged but photography may be provided by the client.  All that is needed is a 3-5 high resolution samples of your face in your best expression of a solid-color background.  If you have have a body pose in mind, photograph that as well.

Turn-around time is typically 48 hours.
